World of Warcraft: Fight, Kill, Salute! quest

Introduction

The Fight, Kill, Salute! quest requires multiple people (15 in fact) to compete free for all style in the Highmaul Arena.  The purpose of this quest is to get the toy (Alliance Flag of Victory/Horde Flag of Victory).  You get access to both toys no matter which side you complete it on.  It is also part of the achievement for Warlord of Draenor.  If you are the last man standing you get an The Last of Us achievement that will give you the title of Lord/Lady of War (note: it's not an account-wide title) and loot the Treasure of Highmaul which contains the toy Warlord's Flag of Victory.

Preparation

To get the number of people you need you'll need to create a WoW community (so you can easily invite people from across different realms into the raid group for event time and create events on the WoW calendar for it).  You'll need people on different realms to advertise the event/group on trade chat.  Finally a great resource is the Discord group WoW Achievements.

Everyone in the group needs Level 3 Gladiator's Sanctum and the Fight, Kill, Salute! quest. The raid leader and his alts will need to stockpile 100s or 1000s of Broken Bones, depending on how many runs they're planning on running.  Members of the raid group should also have at least one alt ready to queue (with same requirements as stated above, though they don't need to stockpile the Broken Bones).

Logistics

As you'll read on WoWHead you need 100 Broken Bones to queue (as a raid leader), however the first queue of the day will be free.  To queue with your raid group, have the designated raid leader queue then start adding everyone that is going to be a part of the group (if you group up before queueing you'll get an error that you can't join as a raid group).  If someone doesn't have the quest or the level 3 Gladiator's Sanctum you'll get a message when you're trying to add them to the group you'll get a message that says you'll be removed from queue if you invite them.  When queued this way, only the raid leader's Broken Bones will be used.

You'll also want to designate who is supposed to win each round because once someone wins they can't join the group with that character for the rest of the week (hence why everyone should have at least one alt ready to queue).  Have everyone but the person that is supposed to win gather in one location in the arena as shown below (make sure everyone gets at least one AOE spell in) so you get maximum credit towards the quest (each person tagged gives everyone credit for the kill since you're all in the same raid group, the credit for the first kill gets you up to 14 kills worth towards the quest if everyone had tagged the person).

Everyone stand together in one spot in the Highmaul Arena to AOE to speed up the run
Raid group gathered in one spot in Highmaul Coliseum

Conclusion

The quest itself is easy enough, while the hard part is gathering enough people and keeping them interested to not just complete the quest for themselves, but to continue after to help everyone complete the Fight, Kill, Salute! quest in addition to the The Last of Us achievement.

Rome 2 Total War: Iceni in Imperator Augustus strategy

The details of my strategy is rather simple and consists of a few things:

  1. Take control of the Britain
  2. Decide where to attack in mainland Europe (I attacked Magna Germania because the Frisii faction, so seemed a good place to start)
  3. Patience is required because you start with one city and it takes time to even take Britain
  4. Be careful if or when you take on Augustus (Rome) or even the other client state factions (because it will most likely drag him into war with you)
Playing Iceni (shown in blue) on very hard difficulty in Imperator Augustus campaign.

I didn't have to face Augustus because he got himself annihilated by either declaring war on too many factions and/or being attacked by nearly the entire known world.  I took over France first, then marched down to take Spain, followed by taking Italy.  I'm at war with Dacia after which I might need to attack Marc Antony as I need to get 80 settlements and there aren't that many others unless I go through territory.

Medieval 2:Total War Mouse Cursor Speed (Fix)

I've just started playing Medieval 2 again and the campaign look around speed using the mouse or keyboard was insanely fast.  Now to fix this all you have to do is check "Vertical Sync" under video settings.
